John Peel graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is also a graduate of Fulbright Scholars Program.
John received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, where he was an Editor of the UALR Law Review and Vice-President of the student body.
John has practical experience with the Arkansas Circuit Courts, Arkansas Courts of Appeals, Arkansas Supreme Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. His professional associations include membership for 29 plus years in the Arkansas Bar Association (Board of Governors from 2005-2007 and House of Delegates from 2003-2005) and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
John has recovered millions of dollars for his personal injury clients and has successfully represented individual and corporate clients in matters of real property, election law, construction law, contract law, corporate law, and probate and trust litigation.
Former Municipal Judge and founder, Richard Peel, began Peel Law Firm in 1974. Richard holds a Bachelors of Science from Arkansas Tech University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville.
Richard's practical experience includes Arkansas Circuit Courts, Courts of Appeals, and Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Richard's professional career includes million dollar jury verdicts in personal injury cases, the successful representation of several area school districts, and extensive commercial and domestic litigation.
Alan Ward graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2003 with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He worked in banking, primarily in commercial lending, until 2017. He attended law school at the University of Arkansas Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2020. Alan practices in multiple areas of the law, including corporate general counsel, business formations, business transactions and sales, contracts, employment law, estate planning, probate, trusts, family law, real property and general civil litigation.
